SIVEK HOTELS is one of the first firms in Prague to obtain the Quality Certificate Grade 1 of the Czech Service Quality System in the field of tourism services.

The Czech Service Quality System is a voluntary innovative tool that helps in a systematic way to improve the quality of services in organizations in the field tourism. The owner of the system is the Ministry for Regional Development, which is cooperating on its implementation with selected professional associations in the field of tourism.
